Yixing Chuangxin Refining Chemical Co.,Ltd. was set up in March 2000, in place of the former Yixing Xinfa Refining Chemicals Plant (ownership by the whole people ) as a result of the reformation of the system of organizations. It is located at No.71 Tao du Rd. in Yixing Industrial Park(CYIPEST) 3 miles south of the governmental seat and close to the No.104 national road, the Xin-chang railway and the Ning-hang express highway，therefore it is easy of access.
