KC-150泡沫稳定剂
本产品为硅一碳键耐水解型匀泡剂，是一种聚硅氧烷一聚醚共聚物表面活剂，专门应用于各种聚酯型硬质泡沫塑料的匀泡剂。它适用于对苯二甲酸聚酯、已二酸聚酯等各种聚酯中，是在KC-888基础上又成功研制开发的新一代产品，是国内首创的唯一的用于聚酯中的新型优良匀泡剂。
一、性能
KC-150对聚酯(聚醚)与F11，水等具有极优良的乳化能力及良好的溶解性，可保证发泡物料混合均匀，保持长时间不分层，使泡沫塑料产品的泡孔细小、均匀、整体密度分布均匀、制品强度高、导热系数小的特点。
使用本产品可大大增加聚酯在发泡配方中的用量(以100份聚酯、聚醚总量为例，聚酯可增加到50～80份)，从而大大降低泡沫塑料的成本。
本产品的使用方法与一般匀泡剂的使用方法相同，不需要改变配方和工艺。
本产品使用量100份白料(聚酯、聚醚)为2-3份。

三、应用：
1．用于制造隔热板的配方中：
隔热板的配方经常含有普通多元醇类及加强极性的特殊多元醇类，例如聚酯类多元醇。使用这些混合物的主要原因有二项：成本经济和较佳的阻燃性能。然而，这些极性的多元醇由于与氟碳化合物起泡剂的混合性较差，从而引起树脂预混合料的不匀质性。
KC-150 Foam Stabilizer
This product is a silicon-carbide-bond anti-hy-drolytic foam stabilizer, a surfactant of polysiloxane polyether copolymer. It is especially used for manufacturing rigid polyester cellula plastic and used in various polyesters such as terephthalic acid polyester and adipic acid polyester. It is a newer product developed from KC-888 and a unique foam stabilizer used in polyester in China.
Ⅰ.Performance:
KC-150 have excellent emulsifng ability for polyester and F11 ,water etc. and excellent solubl]ity in polyester or polyether.
It can make fine, evenly-distributed cell in cellula plastic products which have high mechanical strength and low heat-conduction.
The application of this product can greatly increase the dose of polyester in the foam formula (polyester to be added into the mixture of polyester and polyether can be increased by 50 to 80%). Thus the cost of cellula plastic can be greatly reduced.
The usage of this product is the same as that of other common foam stabilizer, without changing any formula or process.
2 or 3 portions of this product is added into 100 portions of the mixture of polyester and polyether.

Ⅲ.Application:
1.Used in the formula to make sandwich boards The formula for making sandwich boards consists
of common polyol and special polar-reinforced polyol,for example, polyester polyol. These mixtures can reduce the cost and increase the fire resistance, However,these polar polyol can cause the unevenness of the premixed resin because of the poor ability of fluorocaronic bubbling agent.
KC-150的乳化能力已在下列预合料中进行过多次试验，这些预混合料没有表面活性剂(匀泡剂)是不均质的，但在加入KC-150(2-3份)后，预混合料在室温下贮存几星期后仍不会分离。混合料成份如下；
50份重量蔗糖多元醇 50份重量的聚酯
l0份重量的阻燃剂 2.5份重量的DMCHA
l份重量的水 2.5份重量的KC-150
40份重量的F11
用上述混合料与粗的二异氰酸酯在指数(110)下制成的泡沫塑料，具有细致和规则的泡孔结构，但同样的上述混合料在与其它表面活性剂(匀泡剂)配合使用时，其结果如下表：

2．应用于一般的普通板料巾，可大大降低生产成本，(聚酯比例增大，可达80%)，所得制品泡孔细小且均匀，密度分布均匀(而其它国产匀泡剂根本不能使用，联碳公司的5340亦不行)。

五、包装与贮存：
1．包装：200kg镀锌铁桶，净重200kg。
2．贮运：本品无毒、无腐蚀，应贮放在密闭干燥处，贮存期12个月。

The emulsifying ability of KC-150 has been tried and proved many times in the following pre-mixed plastic materials ,that is ,the components in pre-mixed plastic materials are not evenly distributed without the addition of surfactant. But ,after KC-150(2 or 3 portions)is added ,the pre-mixed plastic materials can not be separated after several weeks of storage at indoor temperature.
The components of the pre-mixed materials are as follow(calculated in weight):
50 portions of sucrose polyol
50 portions of polyester
10 portions of fire retardant
2.5 portions of DMCHA
1 portions of water
2.5 portions of KC-150
40 portions of F11
The cellula plastic made of the above materials and raw isocyanate under the index of 110 can have fine and regular cell. But the same above materials used with other surfactants (foam stabilizer) will have the following results:

2. The application in the common sandwich boards can greatly reduce the production cost (The proportion of polyester is increased by 80%). The cell are fine and evenly distributed and at the same time the density is also evenly distributed. (Other domestic foam stabilizer can not work nor can L5340).

1. Packing: 200kg galvanized iron pail. 200kg in net weight.
2. Storage: The product is of non-toxic and non-corrosiveness. It should be stored in airtight and dry place. The storge period will be twelve months.
