HA---9510 amine¡ªexclusively high¡ªefficient activity desulfurizer has the following advantages:
1¡¢This product can be widely used and can meet the requirement of purification of various acid gases. HA¡ª9510 high efficient activity desulfurizer series are developed according to different feed gases¡¯ capabilities and different purification objects, which can easily dispose  H2S and partly CO in the gas. Meantime, it can dispose H2S selectly and reserve entirely CO2 maximum. It can aslo achieve the goal to get rid of the H2S and organic sulfur in the gas which contains H2S and organic sulfur. Under the circumstance that the acid gas, coming from Hydrogenation equipment, which contains C5 and C6 , HA¡ª9510 desulfurizer can both meet the requirment of gas purification and restrain the bubbling resulted from C5 and C6 distinctly.
2¡¢High --efficient desulfurizer. The quantity of H2S in the purification gas and liquid hydrocarbon are respectively 3%(V) and 3000ppm, which can be decreased to under 15ppm and 5ppm after desulfurized by HA¡ª9510. Meanwhile, sulfur content of HA¡ª9510 is much higher than other desulfurizers, which can meet the requirement of high¡ªsulfur crude oil refining.
3¡¢Accurate selectivity. It has excellent selectivity and absorbency toward H2S and the concentration of H2S can reach above 75%. On the contrary , it has low receptivity toward CO2 which is good to decrease of acid gas and gas capacity in regeneration tower and increase of H2S concentration, by all of which the sulphur can be easily reclaimed.
4¡¢High energy saving effect. The loss rate is just 0.08 when using HA¡ª9510 and MDEA is 0.16. At the same, HA¡ª9510 has large capacity, and therefore the dissolvent circulation can be accordingly decreased and the comprehensive loss rate aslo can be decreased distinctly.
